Share a What-if Scenario

Share the scenario you created with other users.

Access requirements

Users with this permission capability:

  • Change Analysis Context

  • Share Analysis Context

Reach out to your administrator for access.

Share a scenario

  1. Open the Scenario Manager, on the Analysis Context toolbar, click the More actions button > Manage scenarios.
  2. In the Scenario Manager, select the scenario you want to share in the Scenarios pane.
  3. In the Scenario Details pane, click the Share button .
  4. In the Share dialog, type the names of the users or User Groups you would like to share the scenario with.
  5. Click Share.

Stop sharing a scenario

In the Share dialog, change the user or User Group access from Can view to Remove.
